1 You have 5 days to pay your invoice, once you have received it by e-mail. You always pay the invoice with VAT included. However, as soon as you have transported the item outside Sweden's borders and sent us a customs document as a proof of this, we will refund the VAT to your account.
2 Please note that you have 15 days to collect your item, from the day you get the invoice. If you pay after 3 days, you have another 12 days before the item needs to be picked up.
3 Once we have registered your payment, we will send you a receipt by e-mail with the seller’s contact details. Please contact them and decide a date and time for collection within the given time frame.
4 The e-mail you have received contains an 8-digit code that matches the code on the seller’s receipt. If you use a transport company to collect the item, make sure that the driver can provide this code to the seller upon delivery.
5 You have accepted the item's condition as soon as you or the driver you sent gives the code to the seller, signs the receipt, and transports the item from the collection point.
6 If you have purchased a registered vehicle, the seller will provide you or the driver you hired with the registration certificate at the collection point.
7 To be eligible for a VAT refund, you need to e-mail us a copy of a CMR or any other valid customs document within 10 days after collecting the item. Please send your submission to info@blinto.se.
